Public announcement of scholarships for university studies leading to the obtaining of the official title of Master’s degree, offered by the University of Oviedo and the Universidad Nacional de Educación a Distancia para academic year 2013-2014.
Podran to be beneficiaries of grants students who enroll in the academic year indicated in the corresponding announcement in teachings leading to a degree of Master’s degree, offered by the University of Oviedo or the Universidad Nacional de Educación a Distancia, under the terms of the collaboration agreement signed between the Principality of Asturiasthrough the Ministry of education and science and the Universidad Nacional de Educación a Distancia (UNED), which fulfil the following conditions:
1. You have formalized the tuition, be pre-registered or having been accepted in teaching programmes leading to a degree of Master in at least 60 ECTS in academic year 2013-2014, except in the case of a Master’s degree with a duration according to the curriculum exceeds one academic year and the number of ECTS credits corresponding to the second academic year is less than 60.
2. Not exceed the thresholds of income of the family unit set out in the present call for proposals, relating to the financial year 2012.
3. Seekers of scholarship for first year of Master’s degree studies must prove a middle note of 6.00 points in the academic record corresponding to studies that give access to the master, counting all of the courses required for the degree.
Middle notes from studies of technical teachings are multiplied by the coefficient 1.17. For the purposes of this call will be considered technical teachings all those collecting under this same heading, the Royal Decree 1954 / 1994 of 30 September (BOE of September 17).
when access to the teachings of Master occurs from only second cycle, the Middle note will be also taking into account the qualifications obtained in the previous cycle first. The Middle note is obtained from the sum of the scores obtained on each of the subjects.
seekers scholarship for following courses must prove the overcoming of all the appropriations that have been enrolled in the academic year 2012-2013 and the obtaining of the same half note (6.00 points).
4. Not be in any of the prohibitions contained in article 13 of law 38/2003 of 17 November, General grants, and not be the debtor of the Principality of Asturias by expired, liquid and payable debt.
5. Not be in possession of a diploma of Master Spanish or issued by another country in accordance with their system of university educations, or meet the requirements to apply for the issuance of a University Master’s degree.
6. Having overcome the last subject or requirement for access to the Master subsequent to 1 January 2001 for seekers of scholarship for first year of Master’s degree studies, and after 1 January 2000 for the rest.
1. These scholarships are incompatible with any other scholarships, aid, or subsidies, public or private, for the same purpose and, specifically, with those convened General and mobility grants for studies of University Master’s degrees, for the academic year 2013-2014, convened by the competent Ministry.
2. They are incompatible, likewise, with loans linked to the possession of a future income for Master’s degree studies.
3. The applicant shall inform the awarding authority obtaining or request other grants, scholarships or aid you have obtained or applied for subsidized activities, as well as the application or borrowing linked to the possession of a future income for Master’s degree studies, both to submitting the request at any later time of the procedureas soon as it is known and, in any case, prior to the justification of the collected funds.
sets a component of compensatory aid whose amount is set to 2,000 euros per beneficiary. It not reduced enough credit to give the last of seekers that corresponds to be beneficiary of all of the relevant scholarship, will be granted the scholarship to exhaust the available credit.

If you choose to submit your application at a post office, they will do it in open envelope so that the application is dated and sealed before being certified.
